Important information:

Additional persons will be charged 15 € per day.
Down payment:150 €
Cancellations: In case you cancel 4 weeks before your arrival, you will be given your down payment back. Cancellations up to 14 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price. Cancellation within 14 days of the day of arrival: 80 % of the agreed total price. In case of non-arrivals or early departures, the guest is required to pay the full amount.

You are asked to kindly leave the apartment by 9.00 am on the day of departure: apartment available as of 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Starting from 01/01/2021 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amouting to 2,70 € per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
Children younger than 2 old are free.
Leave your car behind and travel by bus and train! The HOLIDAY PASS Premium entitles you to the free and unrestricted use of all the public buses and regional trains in South Tyrol. The pass includes also TOURIST ACTIVITIES (guided tours, walking encyclopaedia) and DISCOUNTS (Spielgolf Welsberg, adventure hikes with the Alpinschule Pustertal). The pass is included in the price for your accomodation.
